Cancellation & Refund Policy
At The Dusky Muse, we strive to provide a seamless shopping experience while ensuring a fair and transparent process for cancellations, replacements, and refunds.
Order Cancellations
- Cancellation requests may not be accepted if the order has already been processed, communicated to our manufacturing partners or vendors, or has been dispatched for shipping.
- Once an order has entered the processing or shipping stage, it cannot be cancelled.
Partial COD Orders
If an order is placed using the Partial Cash on Delivery (COD) payment option and the customer fails to accept or collect the order due to reasons such as not answering the delivery call, being unavailable at the delivery address, refusing delivery, or any similar circumstance, the advance amount paid at the time of placing the order will be non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please report the issue to our Customer Support Team within 15 days of receiving your order using the Email support option available on our website.
To process your request, please share:
- Your Order Number
- Clear images and/or videos showing the damage or defect.
All claims are subject to verification by our team. Replacements for damaged products will only be approved upon successful verification with valid proof. No exceptions will be made without sufficient evidence.
Products Not as Expected
Please note that slight variations in color, texture, or appearance may occur due to photography, screen settings, or the handcrafted nature of our products. If you believe the product received significantly differs from what was ordered, our team will review your concern and take appropriate action based on our assessment.
Replacement Processing
Once your replacement request has been reviewed and approved, the replacement will be processed within 6–8 business days.
